PLATiNA :: LAB launched into Early Access on April 10, 2025 and officially reached its full 1.0 release on September 10, 2026. The developer was explicit that this launch is a beginning, not an endpoint. In the September 10, 2026 launch post (NEWS-1), the developer laid out a clear post-1.0 roadmap: a Friends feature and Quest system are coming in future updates, and a closed beta for an Online/Multiplayer Mode is targeted within 2026. A free track ("Earth Sci") was also promised to all players as a thank-you gift within September 2026. Several tracks included in the Flagship Collection DLC were explicitly noted as scheduled to arrive via a follow-up patch still within September 2026. On August 21, 2026 (NEWS-4), the developer described the 1.0 launch as the means to "secure the game's future" and deliver "rich, long-term content updates — including some amazing collaborations on the way," reinforcing that additional content is actively planned beyond the launch window. Two paid DLCs — SWEETIE;S (24 original tracks plus a new DB character) and Flagship Collection (IP crossover tracks from partner companies) — launched alongside 1.0 on September 10, 2026, continuing a steady pattern of DLC releases that began during Early Access: AQUA BLUE (August 29, 2025), sasakure.UK x TJ.hangneil (December 19, 2025), and the Zundamon bundle (March 6, 2026). A publishing dispute between developer HIGH-END Games and publisher XD — which had briefly resulted in track removals — was formally resolved in a joint statement on August 25, 2026 (NEWS-3).
