Evaluation

POJANGMACHA launched on April 9, 2026 and has been in active development since. In the weeks following launch, the developer pushed a rapid series of bug fixes, hotfixes, and feature patches addressing player feedback — including gameplay convenience improvements, an event probability customization system, FOV options, and various balance tweaks. On April 11, 2026, the developer posted a statement noting they are focused on stabilizing the game and are internally discussing additional content updates, though they could not commit to a specific schedule due to limited team resources. On May 12, 2026 — about five weeks after launch — the developer shipped a substantial content update adding new store upgrade tiers, a Bookstore system for stat progression, and a full overhaul of the minigame content (converting a casino into an arcade for regional compliance). This demonstrates that meaningful post-launch content development is actively happening. The game is very recently launched and is clearly receiving continued attention from the developer. While no specific future content has been formally announced with dates, the developer's own statement and the May 2026 major update both indicate this is not a ship-and-done release. Anyone waiting for the game to settle before jumping in should expect ongoing improvements and potentially more content additions.

About this game

Beneath the snowy, dim overpass, warm lights draw people one by one.

The protagonist, once unemployed abroad, and his uncle, pressured by the mother’s insistence, begin running a Korean-style Pojangmacha.

The protagonist takes charge of management and operations, while the uncle, skilled in cooking, satisfies the customers with ramen, fish-shaped cakes, and a variety of Korean street foods.

This is a first-person, single-player street food management simulator.

Face unexpected events, manage customers, secure ingredients, and grow your Pojangmacha into a thriving business!
