That announcement explicitly frames the new game as "the next chapter in Billy's story" and a "new game" set in the same universe, reinforcing that The Curse of the Leviathan itself is complete. The only DLC ever released for this game is the official soundtrack (released October 6, 2021), and no additional DLC has been announced or listed. There are no outstanding content commitments for this title. The game shipped as a finished product and received its final meaningful content update in February 2022.
