Evaluation

Rasvyat Nuclear Power Station is an Early Access co-op reactor simulator that launched on July 17, 2024 and has been actively developed since. Major updates shipped on February 25, 2025 (version 1.0.1) and December 25, 2025 (version 1.0.2), alongside smaller patches and bug fixes throughout. In February 2026, there was a notable disruption: the developer parted ways with their publisher (Wrenchy Productions) and announced a temporary pause in development — explicitly clarifying this was not a cancellation, but a personal break of a couple of months to focus on personal finances and future projects. The developer followed through on that commitment. On June 15, 2026, they announced that enough progress had been made on version 1.0.3 to release a public test build. That test build went live on June 18, 2026, introducing the new automatic regulator (AR) system and an AZS rework. A follow-up patch (Revision 2) was released the very next day, June 19, 2026, incorporating community feedback. The developer has been explicitly collecting player feedback and stated that the final 1.0.3 build — which will include a new in-game tutorial and additional features — has not yet been published. The earlier development pause has been fully resolved, and the game is in active, hands-on development. The 1.0.3 update remains unfinished and in testing as of the last developer communication on June 19, 2026.
Evidence
Developer released Revision 2 of the 1.0.3 public test build the day after the initial test build, incorporating community feedback — demonstrating very active ongoing development.

About this game

Start up the reactor and keep it stable using real-time physics calculations without triggering the automatic safety systems. Various events can occur, including various system malfunctions, power outages, and more.

Every action made by you and your fellow operators has an effect, even a random choice you made could cause a problem an hour later, any mistake threatens the reactor, risking a reactor trip, damage to equipment or even a reactor meltdown.
