REAL ESTATE Simulator launched on March 22, 2024 and received several updates in the months following release, including bug fixes in March 2024, a development status post in November 2024 confirming the team was back working on the game, and a feature update on January 16, 2025 that added new content such as decorative items, a new NPC character, and various fixes.
Since January 2025, however, the developer's attention has clearly shifted to a sequel. Real Estate Simulator 2 was formally announced on July 1, 2025, with a more detailed trailer in October 2025, and launched into Early Access on April 29, 2026. The developer's posts from mid-2025 onward are entirely focused on the sequel — there are no news posts referencing further updates, patches, or content plans for the original game after January 2025.
The original game has no unreleased DLC listed, no outstanding developer commitments to future content, and the studio's resources are now clearly dedicated to the sequel. The January 16, 2025 feature patch appears to be the last meaningful content update delivered to the game, and no further content has been announced or implied for it since. The game launched as a complete product and received a handful of post-launch updates before development concluded in favor of the sequel.
