Realm of Simplicity MMORPG

Realm of Simplicity launched into Early Access on January 23, 2025 as a free-to-play indie MMORPG and has been under continuous, active development ever since. The developer has shipped 50 version updates through July 15, 2026 — an extraordinary pace that includes a steady stream of new systems, content, balance passes, and quality-of-life improvements. Recent additions include a full socket equipment system (March 2026), a cosmetic shop (June 7, 2026), a party proximity system (June 9, 2026), and a Goblin Dungeon with new items and mobs (July 15, 2026). The most recent update, v50, posted on July 15, 2026, is just over a month before today's date. In July 2025, the developer addressed a period of silence with a reassurance post confirming the team is "going nowhere" and that game development is both their job and their passion. They noted that completing a major UI overhaul had cleared the way for continued content development — and subsequent months bore that out with an accelerating pace of updates. No 1.0 release timeline has been announced, and there is no indication from the developer that Early Access is nearing its end. The game remains firmly in active, ongoing development.
