Revolution Idle launched on May 1, 2025 as a free-to-play idle incremental game. At launch, Oni Gaming explicitly stated that "development is still in full swing" with "plenty of new features and updates planned." Since then, the studio has delivered five major content updates post-launch: 1. **Unity Update** (April 18, 2025) — new prestige layer, macro builder, astrology system 2. **Minerals Update** (July 10, 2025) — mineral spawning, Polish and Refine prestige systems 3. **Tarot Update** (November 20, 2025) — Tarot cards, Elements system, new automations 4. **Artifacts Update** (April 1, 2026) — Tarot Challenges, Artifacts, Sacrifice mechanics 5. **Plague & Singularity Update** (July 12, 2026) — two massive new progression systems, Plague crafting, Singularity layer with Atoms This establishes a clear and consistent cadence of roughly 3–5 months between major releases.
