Rexodus: A VR Story Experience

Rexodus: A VR Story Experience launched as a free-to-play VR narrative on June 8, 2016. On that same launch day, VR Team Lead Logan explicitly stated "There is much more on the horizon that I hope to be able to share with the community very soon. This is only the beginning!" — signaling that the launch content was intended as a starting point, with more to come. The only post-launch developer activity was a bug fix patch on June 20, 2016, addressing camera and audio issues. After that date, the developer went completely silent. No additional content was ever announced, no roadmap was published, and no follow-up communication of any kind has appeared since June 20, 2016. The launch-day promise of additional content was never fulfilled or retracted. Given that the last developer communication was on June 20, 2016 — nearly a decade ago — there is no realistic expectation that the promised content is still coming, but the developer has also never formally closed out the project or declared it complete.
