RIDE 3 launched on November 30, 2018 and received a substantial post-launch content program consisting of 12 paid DLC bike packs and 12 free content packs, all delivered between November 2018 and July 29, 2019. The final DLC — Free Pack 12 — shipped on July 29, 2019, and the final paid pack — the Street Racing Pack — shipped on July 18, 2019. All 26 listed DLC items are marked as released with no unreleased entries remaining.
On December 4, 2019, Milestone officially announced RIDE 4, confirming the studio had moved on to the next entry in the series. A pre-purchase promotion for RIDE 4 followed on September 7, 2020. There have been no developer communications about new content for RIDE 3 since the final DLC shipped in July 2019, and the developer's own announcement of RIDE 4 signals that the studio's focus had shifted to its successor. The game launched as a numbered franchise entry, completed its planned DLC cycle, and the developer publicly moved to the next game — all consistent with a finished product.
