The developer's post-launch communications have been focused entirely on companion titles in the series rather than new content for Rise Eterna itself: Rise Eterna War (announced March 2024, released August 22, 2024) is a standalone prequel game with its own separate store page, and Rise Eterna 2 (announced September 2025, released October 9, 2025) is a full sequel — also a separate game.
