Rogue Station

Rogue Station launched out of Early Access on August 22, 2023. At launch, the solo developer (Leo at Quint Studio) stated that "updates are planned for a long time after the release" and committed to focusing on content going forward. True to that promise, four major content updates shipped in the first year: V1.1 Extra Threat (October 10, 2023), V1.2 Catsie (December 18, 2023), V1.3 Space Eggs (June 2, 2024), and a hotfix V1.3.1 (July 10, 2024). These updates added new weapons, managers, components, perks, events, and balance changes — substantial additions by any measure. The pattern of major content releases was roughly every 2–8 months across the first year post-launch. However, as of today (October 1, 2026), the last developer communication of any kind was the V1.3.1 hotfix on July 10, 2024 — over 26 months ago. The longest gap between major content releases in the game's history was approximately 6 months (between V1.2 in December 2023 and V1.3 in June 2024). The current silence of more than 26 months is more than four times that longest gap, and well beyond the 6-month ceiling for inferring that a sustained update pattern has ended. The developer has never explicitly announced that development is complete, but the extended silence far exceeds any reasonable interpretation of the established cadence. No further content has been announced, no unreleased DLC exists on the store, and no roadmap or commitment to future updates remains outstanding. The game launched as a complete 1.0 product and received a meaningful post-launch content run that now appears to have concluded. The last content shipped was the V1.3.1 hotfix on July 10, 2024.
