Evaluation
Runbow launched on Steam on November 18, 2016, with both DLC packs — Satura's Space Adventure and the Costumes and Music Pack — releasing on the same day as the base game. No additional DLC has been announced or released since. The developer has made no announcements about future content at any point.
The only post-launch developer activity consists of a September 29, 2022 patch that added cross-platform play with the Epic Games Store version, followed by a small visual fixes patch on October 7, 2022. Neither of these introduced new content, and the last communication from the developer was on October 7, 2022. There has been no developer communication since then, and no content has ever followed a sustained post-launch pattern.
The game launched as a complete package with all its DLC on day one, and the developer has never indicated plans for additional content. Runbow appears to have been a finished product from its Steam release date.
