RUSH is a puzzle game released on December 3, 2010 by Two Tribes. The store description presents it as a complete package of over 70 levels with no mention of planned expansions, seasons, or post-launch content. The developer news, while posted on RUSH's Steam page, is almost entirely about a different game — RIVE — and not about RUSH itself.
Crucially, in March 2016 and again in November 2016, Two Tribes explicitly announced that RIVE would be their final game and that they would not be making any new games after it. As of January 2017, the studio had reduced to just two people and was focused solely on supporting RIVE. There is no indication of any post-launch content ever being developed or shipped for RUSH specifically, and the developer has since wound down as a game-making studio entirely.
RUSH launched as a finished product with a fixed level set and no post-launch content cycle. The developer has publicly stated they are done making games. The game is complete as shipped.
