Samurai Shampoo Classic

Samurai Shampoo Classic launched on July 2, 2021 as a free-to-play roguelike dungeon crawler. The game received one major content update — V1.2: The Weapon Update on January 15, 2022 — which added new weapons, a weapon selection screen, rebalanced perks, and an overhauled UI. Following that, the developer shipped several smaller feature and balance patches, most recently V1.3 on April 4, 2025 (weapon rebalances and quality-of-life improvements) and a security patch on October 3, 2025 (fixing a Unity engine vulnerability). The only DLC listed is a "Support the devs" tip jar released January 12, 2022, which contains no gameplay content. The store description does not reference any upcoming content, season passes, or live-service features. While the April 2025 update included a sneak peek at a sequel (Samurai Shampoo 2), this refers to a separate, future game — not additional content for this title.
