Scribble Space

Scribble Space launched on June 1, 2015 as a small arcade-style shooter by solo developer Coty Getzelman. Following launch, the developer issued a handful of bug fix and feature patches through mid-2016, the most recent being a Linux framerate fix on March 17, 2016. As early as June 20, 2015, the developer noted that Scribble Space was "an older project" and publicly shifted focus to a new game, Forgotten Lore. There have been no developer communications of any kind since March 17, 2016 — nearly a decade ago. The store description contains no mention of planned updates, future content, or ongoing development. No DLC was ever listed for the game. The developer never announced a roadmap or promised additional content beyond a vague "content patch is coming soon" mention in June 2015, which was plausibly fulfilled by the June 14, 2015 update. This game appears to have shipped as a complete, self-contained product and has received no meaningful developer activity since early 2016.
