Sex any cost but free launched on September 18, 2025 and has been receiving a steady stream of updates from Sebasa Games. Shortly after launch, the developer shipped hotfixes addressing achievements, gameplay balance, and quality-of-life improvements. On December 18, 2025, a more substantial update (version 1.10.69) added erotic scenes for all three main characters and upgraded the game engine to Unreal 5.6.1. On April 11, 2026, version 1.14 added Steam collectible trading cards along with new graphics settings. Version 1.2 on May 22, 2026 brought further gameplay simplifications, collision and lighting fixes, and decorative additions to maps. On July 19, 2026 — the most recent communication — the developer shipped another patch fixing animations and optimizations, and noted that their current focus is on story development. The developer also mentioned that funding from future games will be needed to eventually develop a sequel (Chushpan Simulator 3), but confirmed they are still working on story content for this game. No announcement of concluded development has been made, and the developer remains active across Telegram and Discord.
