Sex with Stalin

Sex with Stalin launched on October 26, 2020. At launch, the developer stated that if the game recouped its costs, they would work to add more story branches and possibly new game modes — but this was explicitly conditional, not a firm commitment. Shortly after, a New Year's update on December 31, 2020 added a holiday design, fixed bugs, and mentioned a "major update" was planned for the following year. However, that promised major update never materialized in the developer's news feed for this game. The only post-launch content releases that followed were announcements about entirely separate games from the same studio (Sex with the Devil in 2021, and Futa Runner in 2024) — not updates to Sex with Stalin itself. The one DLC listed — the soundtrack — was released on November 16, 2020, shortly after launch. No further DLC has been announced or listed. The developer's last communication referencing Sex with Stalin itself was the December 31, 2020 New Year's update. Subsequent news posts (2021, 2023, 2024) are cross-promotions for other games entirely. With no sustained post-launch content cadence, no outstanding commitments, and over five years of silence on any Sex with Stalin-specific updates, the game is best understood as a complete, self-contained product. The conditional promise of future updates at launch was never followed through, and the December 31, 2020 update represents the last meaningful development activity on the title.
