Sexbot Quality Assurance Simulator launched on October 2, 2018. All three developer communications on record date from the first three days after launch (October 2–4, 2018), covering the game's censorship policy and a minor bug fix. The developer mentioned at launch that they were working on additional interaction systems, but this was framed as an aspiration contingent on sales and team growth — not a commitment to specific named content. There have been no further developer posts, no DLC listings, no roadmaps, and no follow-up communications of any kind since October 4, 2018. The game appears to have launched as a complete (if modest) product and received no post-launch content updates. With no sustained update pattern, no announced future content, and no developer activity in over seven years, the game is best understood as a finished product that shipped as-is.

Two centuries ago...
...the remnants of humanity was fleeing a dying earth.
An ark was build that carried technology, artificial females, to help populate humanity's new home planet.
A program was launched, where volunteer testers were tasked to improve the technology by engaging with the artificial females.
The program was successful. So successful in fact, that shortly after arrival, human population numbers reached a critical point, and famine, environmental pollution and finally thermonuclear war made the new home of mankind uninhabitable again.
This time, humanity wasn't able to escape.
We, however, were.
Now, free of the burden of biological constraints, we built our own ark, a vessel of pleasure to spread ourselves amongst the stars.
This is where you come in. The technology is here and you have to test it,
Assure the quality and maintain the improvement of this vital technology.
