Evaluation
Sigi - A Fart for Melusina launched on December 22, 2017 as a self-contained action platformer designed to be completed in roughly 30–60 minutes. The store description emphasizes it as a complete experience with a defined 100% completion goal, and there is no indication of any planned post-launch story content or expansions.
Following launch, the developer shipped several patches in early 2018 addressing controller support, bug fixes, and quality-of-life improvements — all maintenance and polish work rather than new content. In February 2018, the developer confirmed a sequel was in the works, and in 2021 they announced Sir Lovelot (a separate game, not a Sigi expansion). In May 2018, they also teased an unrelated title, Plutonium Pirates.
The only DLC ever released is a standalone soundtrack (released May 16, 2025), which is bonus media rather than game content. The most recent developer post on October 10, 2025 was a routine security patch for a Unity vulnerability — pure maintenance with no indication of upcoming content.
There is no history of major content updates to the game itself, no announced expansions, no unreleased DLC, and no roadmap. The game launched as a finished product, and all subsequent developer activity has been maintenance only. The sequel announcement in 2018 confirmed the developer's attention had shifted to new projects rather than continued Sigi content.

We learned a great deal while making Sigi and worked very hard to create an enjoyable experience for the player. Indie all the way, we wish to integrate you and the community in our upcoming projects which, with your ideas and feedback, will be even better.
