The game is a complete, definitive package — the store description presents it as the full "Unlimited" edition of SimCity 3000, which bundled the original game with expanded building sets, additional scenarios, new disasters, and the Building Architect Plus tool. There is no post-launch update cadence, no announced DLC, no roadmap, and no developer communications suggesting any new content is planned. This is a legacy title re-published on Steam as a finished product; no further content development is expected or has been indicated.
