Sky Battles launched on March 25, 2015. The developer posted two updates in early April 2015 — one announcing a small patch in progress, and one confirming it shipped on April 8, 2015. That April 8, 2015 patch is the last recorded communication from the developer, consisting of minor bug fixes and control sensitivity options. There have been no news posts, content updates, or developer communications of any kind since April 8, 2015 — over eleven years ago as of today. The game shipped no DLC, has no unreleased content listed on the store, and the developer has never announced any roadmap or future content plans. The store description mentions "more [multiplayer maps] coming," but this was written at launch in 2015 and was never followed up on — no such maps were ever announced or shipped. With zero post-launch content delivered and no developer activity in over a decade, the game is best understood as a complete, finished product that has long since concluded any active development.
