Slyders launched on November 24, 2025 as a fully released game. Prior to launch, the developer (Kato Games, a solo developer) ran an extended public demo starting in January 2024 that served as a de facto testing and feedback phase, receiving numerous feature and balance updates throughout 2025. The developer explicitly described the demo as having "served its purpose" when announcing the release date, and framed the November 24 launch as the complete product. After launch, the developer shipped two patches in quick succession: a bug fix patch (1.0.13/1.0.14) on December 10, 2025 covering stability and Steam Deck compatibility, and a balancing patch (1.0.15) on December 20, 2025. Both are maintenance-type updates rather than new content additions. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, no roadmap or announcement of future content, and no developer statement indicating further content is planned. About this game

If you want fight to an evil massive army alone, you must become an unstoppable force of destruction! Story

Sky World is an endless heaven full of inhabited floating islands, each with its own people and culture. But now, an evil overlord with his demon army has attacked the once peaceful realm and is spreading chaos and corruption.
Fortunately, a group of brave resistance fighters from all over Sky World has combined their forces to liberate each island from the evil influence.

You play as Aryx, a fearless fox fighter who is accompanied by his supersonic turtle mount and Brian, a tiny but wise bear with a jetpack. Together, the heroic trio steps up to face the entire demonic war machine.
