Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE launched on November 24, 2025, and has been receiving sustained post-launch updates ever since. The developer (Netmarble Neo) has maintained a high level of communication and actively shipped new content across the game's first several months. At launch, the executive producer published a Dev Note on November 24, 2025, explicitly stating: "we don't consider launch to be the end of development" — signaling ongoing long-term support from day one. A follow-up Dev Note on December 30, 2025 previewed planned improvements including Offline Mode and the upcoming Jeju Island Raid storyline for 2026. A major update shipped in June 2026 (announced via maintenance notice on June 17, 2026 and the DLC release on June 18, 2026), delivering the Jeju Island Chapter 11 main story, new world content including gates, dungeons, and the Ant King boss, new weapons and shadows, a new shadow named Beru, expanded Sung Jinwoo progression systems, full offline gameplay without additional downloads, and a new paid DLC pack featuring two new hunters (Goto Ryuji and Tawata Kanae) with exclusive weapons and costumes. This was a substantial content drop, not a maintenance release. The developer continues to actively maintain the game: a bug fix patch was applied on August 12, 2026 — just one week before today — addressing issues with multiple hunters, UI, sound, and gameplay systems. Two paid DLC packs have been released since launch (Christmas Costume Gift Pack on December 18, 2025, and the Jeju Island Raid Special Pack on June 18, 2026), alongside a free Christmas costume DLC. The developer has not announced any conclusion of content development, and the pattern of roughly quarterly major updates with continuous smaller patches shows no sign of slowing.
