Son of Perun Kharkiv

Son of Perun: Kharkiv launched on September 1, 2023 and received a series of patches and feature updates throughout late 2023 and into early 2024. The most substantial post-launch update was a global graphics overhaul on April 25, 2024, which introduced CellShading technology and gave the game a comic-book visual style. Prior to launch, the developer noted in an August 22, 2023 post that "several finals are planned" and that the game "will continue to develop." However, this statement was made before the game even launched, and no subsequent posts have reaffirmed plans for branching endings or additional content. The last developer communication of any kind was the graphics update on April 25, 2024, and there have been no further announcements, patches, or roadmap posts since then. No unreleased DLC is listed on the store. Given the absence of any follow-through on the pre-launch content promises, no active update pattern since April 2024, and no developer communication in over a year (last post April 25, 2024), the game appears to have reached its completed state as of the final update.
