Songs of Life launched on March 3, 2025 as a complete narrative card game set in China's Three Kingdoms era. The game shipped with its full story, featuring three physician protagonists, and received several rapid bug-fix patches in the days immediately following launch. The only DLC listed is a soundtrack, which has already been released. The developer disclosed in their September 14, 2025 patch notes that the studio's lead developer had been hospitalized and spent several months in the hospital, which explains a prolonged quiet period after launch. That post — delivering minor bug fixes and minigame difficulty adjustments — is the last communication the developer has made publicly, and no updates of any kind have appeared since then. As of June 21, 2026, the studio has been silent for over nine months. There is no announced future content, no unreleased DLC, and no roadmap or developer statement indicating more story content is planned. The game appears to have launched as a finished product.
