Evaluation

Songs of Yummy launched on December 10, 2025 as a cozy/idle game. The developer followed up with a flurry of patches in the days after launch (through December 27, 2025), fixing bugs and optimizing systems — the kind of post-launch polish typical of a newly released indie title. On December 11, 2025, a companion DLC/spin-off called "Cuisine of the Three Kingdoms" was released for $3.99, which appears to have been developed alongside the base game and launched nearly simultaneously. The store description includes the line "if the player likes it, consider updating more content," which is a vague, conditional statement rather than a concrete commitment to future content. No roadmap, unshipped DLC, or specific future content has been announced. There are no unreleased DLC listings on the store. The developer has not posted any news since December 27, 2025 — over five months of silence as of today, June 18, 2026. Given that the game launched as a complete package, the companion DLC shipped at virtually the same time as the base game, no further content has been announced, and the developer's post-launch communications have gone quiet, the game appears to have shipped as a finished product. The conditional language about potential future updates does not constitute a commitment to additional content.
Evidence
Version 1.0.7.87 patch added a new talents system and talent reset function — the last developer communication on record.

About this game

Game play

Mainly inspired by cozy and idle games, we abandoned Unity and used Godot to make the game for the first time in order to make it more suitable for low-end computers.

The game process is estimated to be 200 to 500 hours, and if the player likes it, consider updating more content.

Background

The game still uses the world view of the game, but as before, you can easily immerse yourself in it even if you haven't played any of the games in the series.

The plot should not be compared with history, after all, we can travel through the multiverse, as black jokes and humor.

If you see what the plot will smile, then it is a full affirmation of our, in short, I hope players can play the game happily.

Author's words

This game did a demo slice in 2022, in the form of simulated management + placement, but there has been no time to improve it.

Originally this scheme has been abandoned, at this time a friend thought the game setting is quite interesting, decided to help us do it, and this game was born.

After 3 years after the new folder, it is really not easy to see the light of day, thanks to the great help of friends.
