Space Company Simulator

Space Company Simulator entered Steam Early Access on October 24, 2019. At launch, the developer (Intermarum) explicitly stated the game would receive continuous updates based on player feedback before reaching a 1.0 release. The team followed through on that promise for about 15 months, shipping four major content updates: a Sandbox Assembly and Historical Events update on December 19, 2019; a Satellites and Achievements update on January 20, 2020; a contracts and optimization update on April 9, 2020; and a major UI redesign with performance improvements on November 5, 2020. A feature patch followed on December 16, 2020, and the final communication on record was a bug fix patch on January 15, 2021. Since that date, there have been no posts, patches, announcements, or any other communication from the developer. The game has never reached version 1.0 — it remains listed in Early Access with no announced completion date, no roadmap, and no explanation for why development appears to have stopped. The promised 1.0 release has not been delivered, and over five years of silence make it very unclear whether the game will ever be finished.
