Space Industrial Empire launched in Early Access and received its one DLC — 深空巨兽 (Deep Space Behemoth) — on August 18, 2023. On April 2, 2024, the developer explicitly stated that all game content had been completed beyond the original plan, and that the Steam achievement system (the last remaining feature) had been implemented. The game officially converted to its full 1.0 release on May 24, 2024, accompanied by a developer post confirming: "The game content including DLC is complete and the playability is good." The store description echoes this, stating "The game has been fully developed." The sole DLC in the listing is marked as released. Since that official launch post, the developer's news feed has been entirely focused on promoting a new, separate game (Bandit Simulator TD) — there are no announcements, patches, or roadmap items referencing any future content for Space Industrial Empire.
