Evaluation
Spermination launched on April 29, 2015. The developer, Phr00t's Software, is a prolific solo/small studio that has released numerous games over the years. Reviewing all available news posts, none of them pertain to Spermination itself — every post references other titles in the developer's catalog (8089, Adapt or Perish, ROMBIE, Superbot Arena, PerformVR). The most recent developer communication of any kind dates to August 14, 2023, and that was an announcement about Superbot Arena. There are no posts announcing updates, patches, or new content for Spermination, no unreleased DLC listed in the store, and no developer statements about future plans for this specific game. The store description contains a minor note about Oculus Rift support updates being planned, but this appears to be legacy text from the game's early launch period and has not been reiterated in any subsequent communications. Spermination appears to have launched as a complete, self-contained product and has not received any announced or delivered post-launch content campaign. It is a finished game.
Evidence
Most recent developer communication — announcement of Superbot Arena, an entirely different game. No mention of Spermination.
Developer news focused on a major update for 8089 and announcement of PerformVR. No reference to Spermination.

About this game
Prepare your load with lasers, ion torpedos & heavy armor to withstand the onslaught. Only the toughest will survive to the egg. Even if you don't survive, find & earn deposits for your Sperm Bank to purchase new equipment. If you win, what will your baby gnome look like? Gnomelings come in all shapes, colors & sizes, so don't worry if it looks a little... off. Your bundle of joy will be gestated as a trophy. You might end up in your loved one's stomach, though! What happens if you are the Prime Digest then?
Each uterus (or throat) is procedurally generated & populated with defenses. The deeper you go, the harder it gets!
Game also supports the Oculus Rift, so you can experience the majestic violence first hand!
