Stellar Mess: The Princess Conundrum (Chapter 1) launched on February 26, 2023 as a self-contained first chapter in the Stellar Mess point-and-click adventure saga. Following launch, the developer released a couple of small patches — a bug fix on February 28, 2023 and a feature patch adding Steam Achievements on April 23, 2023. No further updates to Chapter 1 have been posted since then. The story of this game's development continued with the release of Chapter 2, "Stellar Mess: Operation Kush," which launched as a separate title on Steam on March 5, 2025. That release confirms the developer has moved forward with the series, but Chapter 1 itself is a complete, standalone product. There is no announced future content for Chapter 1, no unreleased DLC, and the developer has not indicated any plans to expand it further.
