Stewart The Fox

Stewart The Fox launched on January 20, 2023 as a free-to-play platformer made by a single developer. Despite being described in the store as a small two-week project, the developer has continued to expand the game significantly since launch. Major additions include a Viking Bay bonus map (May 2023), an Egypt summer update with new core movement mechanics (June 2023), a quality-of-life overhaul (December 2023), full multiplayer support for up to 6 players (January 2024), a crafting and online item marketplace system (April 2024), a Christmas bonus level with seasonal skins (November 2024), and most recently the Moonbase Rumble bonus map on June 26, 2025. The developer also released a Supporters Edition DLC on July 18, 2024. This establishes a consistent pattern of meaningful content updates roughly every few months across more than two years. The developer has not announced any specific future content for Stewart The Fox, and their attention appears to have partially shifted toward a new project (Parcel Frenzy: Get To Work!, announced October 2025 and entering Early Access in January 2026). However, as of the most recent Stewart The Fox update on June 26, 2025 — just under a year ago — the developer was still actively shipping new content, and no statement of completion or end of support has been made.
