Streamer Daily launched on March 4, 2020 and received a steady stream of updates through early 2021, including a major Version 1.1 update on February 1, 2021 that delivered the bulk of content promised in the developer's March 2020 roadmap post (hard mode, pet shops, character traits, broadcast hour effects, overhauled mini-games, etc.). The last recorded developer activity on the game itself was a bug fix update on February 16, 2021.
On December 15, 2025, the developer posted an announcement explicitly framing Streamer Daily as a completed first chapter and introducing their next project, Developer Daily. The post describes Streamer Daily as "my first step as a solo developer" that provided "lessons" and "valuable player feedback" — language that clearly positions it as a finished work rather than an ongoing one.
