That patch appears to be the last development activity directly related to this game. The store description still references Korean as "Upcoming," suggesting even that language addition may not have been fully completed, but no further updates have been posted for this title. The publisher, Alice Publication (Eternal Alice Studio), posted an official studio dissolution announcement on May 12, 2023, stating that after the launch of "Blades of Jianghu," only the studio lead and one technical partner remained, and that the studio would no longer develop new games. However, subsequent news from the same publisher account shows continued releases of entirely new games through 2025 and into 2026 — including LUNA (September 2025), God of Yoga (October 2025), Lustful BlackJack (October 2025), Angry Dik (December 2025), Married into Hell (February 2026), and a Steam Next Fest demo in February 2026. This suggests the dissolution announcement described the end of the original studio structure, but the publisher entity has continued releasing new titles under new arrangements. Regardless, none of this post-2020 activity pertains to Succubus Waifu itself. The game has had no updates, announcements, or new content since January 2020, and no future content for it has ever been announced. There are no unreleased DLC listings. The game launched as a self-contained visual novel/RPG experience and has remained unchanged for over six years. It is a complete, finished product.
