Evaluation
Sugar * Style is a Japanese visual novel developed by Smee and published on Steam on April 30, 2021. The game is a self-contained story-driven VN with no post-launch content updates, no DLC listings, and no developer announcements of planned expansions or additions specific to this title.
The publisher NekoNyan's news feed — which covers their entire catalog — shows no posts related to Sugar * Style after its release. All developer communications since launch have been announcements and releases for entirely different games in NekoNyan's portfolio (such as Making Lovers After Stories, Aokana EXTRA2, My Klutzy Cupid, Cerulean Days, Secret Agent, and Irotoridori no Sekai). None of these reference Sugar * Style or any planned content for it.
This is consistent with the typical lifecycle of a Japanese romance VN published in the West: the base game ships as a complete, standalone product. There are no outstanding commitments, no unreleased DLC, and no roadmap for additional content. Sugar * Style launched as a finished product and has remained so.
Evidence
Sugar * Style is presented as a complete standalone visual novel. The store description contains no mention of DLC, seasons, expansions, or any planned post-launch content.
NekoNyan's most recent major content post (as of the scanned window) is the release of Irotoridori no Sekai HD — an entirely separate game. No Sugar * Style content has been announced or released since the game's April 2021 launch.

About this game
Sugar * Style is a Japanese-style visual novel produced by Smee, a Japanese developer of romance VNs.
This is going to be the springtime of my life!
A little while back, a scam artist got the best of my parents and put my family deep in debt. We had to skip town, and my future was looking iffy at best. But thanks to a kind relative, I got into a vocational school
"Finally, I can really enjoy life!"
I arrived at the Sunshine Dorm with hope blooming in my heart.
Turns out, it was a homey place full of girls, girls, girls!
This has to be where I'll meet the love of my life!
But the joy of being surrounded by hotties lasted only a moment. Before I knew it, they all distrusted me because I was the only guy! Well, I'm not giving up yet! I swear, I'm gonna make this year one to remember!
Are these done yet?
