Evaluation

Suits: A Business RPG launched on January 5, 2016 as a low-cost indie RPG. The developer made clear from the start that it was a complete, finished product — even noting they didn't expect it to do as well as it did. The only DLC ever released was a soundtrack pack on November 15, 2016, and no further DLC has been announced or listed. The developer's April 5, 2018 update explicitly described Suits as a completed game and detailed their forward-looking plans — at that time, working on Gamma 19 and then a sequel, Suits: Absolute Power. Suits: Absolute Power subsequently launched on October 16, 2020 (announced in NEWS-3), and its soundtrack was released on November 4, 2020. The last substantive patch to Suits itself was a small bug fix on October 23, 2020. The store description actively promotes both the sequel (Suits: Absolute Power) and the studio's newer game (Gamma 19), reinforcing that the developer has moved on from this title. Since October 2020, there have been no patches, announcements, or developer communications relating to new content for Suits: A Business RPG. The developer has completed their announced sequel and another new game, and there is no indication of any planned content for the original. This game shipped as a finished product and has been fully supported through a small number of maintenance patches. It is complete.
