SUKUR

SUKUR is a solo-developed first-person horror game set in a Turkish village that released on November 2, 2022. After launch, the developer posted a handful of patches — adding new regions in December 2022, fixing bugs in February 2023, and adding graphical improvements and a jump scare in February 2023. The store description states "The game continues to be developed," but this language appears to be a legacy note, as all developer activity on this title effectively ceased after February 2023. Since February 2023, the developer (Latif Güngör) has shifted focus entirely to other projects. Their news posts show a new game called "Apartment No. 129" (launched on PC in August 2024 and ported to PlayStation and Xbox in January 2026), a new title "Eilean Mor: The Lost Keepers" (announced August 2025, demoed in October 2025, released on PlayStation), and yet another upcoming game "ANTICHRIST" announced in October 2025. A fourth game, "Mahfam: The Cursed Village," was added to wishlists in January 2026. None of these news posts relate to SUKUR — they are all announcements for separate games published under the same developer account. There has been no SUKUR-specific update, patch, or developer communication since February 13, 2023. No future content has been announced for the game, no DLC is listed, and the developer's attention has clearly moved on to a series of subsequent projects. The game launched as a small, complete solo project and received only minor post-launch patches before development activity stopped entirely.
