System Crash launched on August 1, 2016 as a complete story-driven cyberpunk card game. The developer shipped two rounds of free Halloween content updates — Night Terrors on October 28, 2016 and The Harlequins on October 26, 2017 — as well as one paid expansion, Underworld, on October 22, 2018. A bug fix patch followed four days later on October 26, 2018 to address a progress-blocking issue in the Underworld DLC. Both listed DLC entries are released, and there are no unreleased DLC items on the store. The last developer communication of any kind was the bug fix post on October 26, 2018. There have been no developer posts, announcements, or content releases since that date — now nearly eight years ago. The store description notes that expansions follow a one-time purchase model, but no further expansions have been announced or released beyond Underworld. The game appears to have launched as a finished product with a modest post-launch content run that concluded with the Underworld expansion in October 2018.
