Evaluation

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Empire City launched on April 30, 2026 as a complete VR action-adventure game priced at $24.99, with a Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade available for an additional $4.99 that includes cosmetic skins, a digital art book, and a digital soundtrack. Since launch, the developer (Cortopia Studios) has been actively maintaining the game with a steady stream of patches — addressing multiplayer networking issues, gameplay bugs, combat feel, performance, and adding quality-of-life features like a selfie camera (Patch 1.0.6) and a public room browser for co-op matchmaking (Patch 1.0.5). As of July 2, 2026, Patch 1.0.7 is the latest update. The game has only been out for about 74 days as of today. The developer has not announced any future expansions, additional DLC, or a post-launch content roadmap. The only DLC listed on the store is the Deluxe Edition upgrade, which released alongside the base game. Because the game is so recently launched and the developer has not communicated plans (or the absence of plans) for future content beyond maintenance, it's simply too early to know whether more content is coming.
