On October 15, 2025, the developer announced that TENGAI would be removed from sale on Steam effective October 31, 2025, due to the expiration of a licensing agreement. The game is no longer available for purchase on Steam. Existing owners can still play their copies. The developer noted that sales continue on other platforms and left open the possibility of future announcements regarding the Steam version, but made no specific commitments. As of today (July 22, 2026), the game has no purchase options available on Steam, confirming it has been delisted.
