tERRORbane launched on April 1, 2022 as a complete comedic adventure game. After launch, BitNine Studio shipped one meaningful feature update — a Language Update on September 14, 2022 that added new voice over languages, additional localizations, and quality-of-life improvements to the bug list system. A final maintenance patch (v1.1.2) on March 16, 2023 added Brazilian Portuguese localization and minor fixes. Since March 16, 2023, the only communication from the developer has been a Steam Summer Sale discount announcement on June 27, 2025 — a promotional post with no indication of new content. The studio has made no announcements of upcoming DLC, expansions, or further updates. The single DLC listed on the store is the original soundtrack, which released alongside the game on launch day. With no unreleased content listed, no developer statements about future updates, and no sustained post-launch content cadence to suggest more is coming, the game appears to have concluded its post-launch support with the March 2023 patch.
