Teslagrad launched on December 13, 2013 as a complete, self-contained puzzle-platformer. Post-launch activity consisted of a handful of bug fix and feature patches in 2014, and the release of a soundtrack DLC on June 15, 2017 — the only paid add-on ever listed for the game. No further DLC has been released or announced for the original Teslagrad.
In April 2023, Rain Games released Teslagrad Remastered as a separate product on Steam, alongside the sequel Teslagrad 2. The store page for the original Teslagrad now directs players toward these newer releases, describing them as continuations of the saga rather than additions to the original game itself.
In May 2025, Rain Games announced a physical "Teslagrad Power Pack" edition (for PS5 and Nintendo Switch) that bundles Teslagrad Remastered and Teslagrad 2 — again a separate product, not new content for the original Steam release.
All DLC for the original Teslagrad (the soundtrack) has been released. No further content has been announced for this version of the game. The developer's post-2017 efforts have been directed entirely at sequels and related titles. The game launched as a finished product and its content has been complete since the soundtrack release on June 15, 2017.
