Evaluation
TEST RE is a short 5-minute horror game developed and published by K App. It graduated from Early Access to its official 1.0 release on April 29, 2022. Since launch, the developer has consistently posted bug fix and maintenance updates, with the most recent patch (Ver4.03) arriving on November 14, 2025. The only DLC listed is a "Cheat / Donate" pack released on June 24, 2025, which is a cosmetic/support item rather than a content expansion. No new story content, levels, or major gameplay additions have been released or announced post-launch. The developer has not communicated any plans for future content. The game appears to have shipped as a complete, self-contained experience and has since been maintained through bug fixes only.

About this game
■Game Overview
Set in a spooky lodge or laboratory.
And use pistols, rifles, rocket launchers and other weapons to fight monsters and escape.
■Full support of 4K HDR
TEST RE features full support of 4K HDR.
Compatibility with 16bit HDR implements a gorgeous presentation that goes beyond usual HDR.
■An evolved sound system
Real Sound Effect(RSE) was experimentally introduced to previous works, and received extraordinarily high ratings.
Now it's evolved to Enhance Real Sound Effect(ERSE).
Horror productions that featured 3D Space Audio were able to be transformed into completely new horror experiences.
