Evaluation
The Alien Cube launched on October 14, 2021 as a complete, self-contained Lovecraftian horror adventure from solo developer Alessandro Guzzo. Its only DLC is a "Behind the Scenes" bonus that released on the same day as the game itself — there is no post-launch paid content or expansion pass. All developer communications since launch have focused entirely on a new, separate game called Cosmic Fear (a third installment in the series), with no announcements of additional content, patches, or expansions planned for The Alien Cube itself. The developer explicitly describes Cosmic Fear as a new standalone game in the series rather than DLC or an update to The Alien Cube. The game shipped as a finished product and has received no post-launch content updates — it is complete as originally released.
Evidence
Developer announces Cosmic Fear (a new third game in the series) with a September 9 release date — all post-launch activity from this studio has been focused on this separate new title, not additional content for The Alien Cube
The only DLC is a 'Behind the Scenes' bonus released on launch day — no post-launch paid content or expansions exist

About this game
The Alien Cube is a Lovecraftian first-person horror adventure, spiritual successor to The Land of Pain. You play as Arthur, a lonely man whose life is about to change dramatically when strange events begin to unfold after you learn of the disappearance of your Uncle Edgar. The world around you hides a terrible secret, a dark and occult reality in which your uncle seemed to have played an important role. Tormented by nightmarish visions, you will need to embark on a journey to uncover the truth and survive the darkness that is haunting you.
(The Outer Middle Show)
You wake up, bathed in sweat: you’ve been having bad dreams again. The strange cave, the occult symbols, the ritual site… and then that whispering, cube-shaped artifact falling from the sky — it all seemed so real. But now you are awake, and true reality hits like a bucket of cold water: the breakup with Jenny, the move, your uncle Edgar's mysterious disappearance… The doorbell catches you off guard: it is a letter, a testament from no less than your uncle, leaving you his apartment and a warning to get rid of all his manuscripts. It is time to finally go there and try to find some clues. What you don't know yet is that this search will unchain a series of terrifying revelations, secrets that should stay buried forever, and that your worst nightmares will soon come out into the light of day.
