Evaluation
The Complex is a self-contained interactive movie that launched on March 31, 2020 as a complete, finished product. The game offers eight different endings, relationship and personality tracking, and unlockable features — all of which were present at launch. There is no DLC, no season pass, and no post-launch content updates beyond a bug fix patch in May 2020 addressing technical issues.
The developer news feed for this game's Steam page has been used primarily to announce Wales Interactive's other titles (such as Maid of Sker, Bloodshore, Mia and the Dragon Princess, Isle Tide Hotel, Dead Reset, and Heart of the Forest). None of these announcements relate to new content for The Complex itself. Wales Interactive has never communicated any plans to expand The Complex after its release.
The game launched as a finished interactive film experience, and there is no indication from the developer — then or since — that additional content was ever planned or delivered.

Relationship Tracking
Throughout the game you will interact with characters and — depending on your choices — will either strengthen or weaken your relationship. The relationship scores are calculated from the start right through to the very end and will affect certain scenarios as well as having major consequences in the concluding scenes.Personality Tracking
For every decision you make, every interaction, your character’s personality is being tracked. At the end of each playthrough, you are rewarded with a Personality Score and a breakdown to see how you played the game. Discover the five basic dimensions of a personality; openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. Which of those will your character play?Features
