The DioField Chronicle launched on September 22, 2022 as a complete strategy RPG. In December 2022, Square Enix announced a free content update arriving in March 2023, which would add a new story scenario following Waltaquin Redditch, new maps, missions, a new boss (Behemoth), new equipment and skills, and additional difficulty options. That update shipped as promised on March 6, 2023 (Update ver1.20), delivering everything announced. Both DLC items listed on the store — the Original Soundtrack and Digital Artbook — were released on launch day and are fully available. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, no roadmap, and no developer communications since the March 2023 update. The game appears to have shipped as a finished product and received one post-launch content update, which has since been fully delivered. No further content has been signaled by the developer.
