Evaluation
The House of Da Vinci launched on November 24, 2017 as a self-contained puzzle adventure game — the first entry in Blue Brain Games' Da Vinci trilogy. It received two supplemental DLC releases: the Official Soundtrack (July 1, 2020) and The Art Book (October 26, 2020), both fully released with no further DLC listed on the store.
On June 23, 2026, Blue Brain Games released "The House of Da Vinci – Enhanced," a free visual upgrade for all existing players that re-lit every scene in the game. This is a polish update to the original game rather than a content expansion — no new story chapters, puzzles, or gameplay systems were announced or delivered beyond the visual overhaul. The developer framed it as a remaster of the original experience.
The studio's broader communications make clear that new content efforts are directed at separate titles: The House of Tesla (launched September 2025) and Dimhaven – The Lost Source (targeting Q1 2026), as well as a VR adaptation of this game announced in May 2024. None of these represent additional content for the base game itself.
The original game launched as a complete, self-contained story experience. No future content for it has been announced, and the Enhanced update does not signal ongoing story or gameplay additions.
Evidence
The House of Da Vinci – Enhanced released as a free visual upgrade for all existing players, re-lighting every scene. No new story content or gameplay additions announced.
Developer promoted The House of Da Vinci as part of a bundle alongside Quern, while advertising upcoming separate titles (The House of Tesla, Dimhaven). No new content for the original game mentioned.
