The Lion's Song: Episode 1 - Silence

The Lion's Song is a complete episodic narrative adventure. The developer, Mi'pu'mi Games, released the series across four episodes: Episode 1 - Silence (July 7, 2016), Episode 2 (November 21, 2016), Episode 3 (March 16, 2017), and Episode 4 - Closure (July 13, 2017). In both the May 2017 and June 2017 announcements, Mi'pu'mi explicitly described Episode 4 as "the final chapter of The Lion's Song" and "the fourth and final episode." The July 13, 2017 release post confirmed this, calling it the "complete story." The final piece of DLC — the official soundtrack — was released on July 24, 2018, rounding out the full content package. All four DLC entries are released with no unreleased items remaining. Since then, Mi'pu'mi's communications on this page have focused entirely on their subsequent games: The Flower Collectors (launched April 2020), Howl (announced November 2022), and most recently BLACK JACKET (launching May 2026). No new content for The Lion's Song has been announced or hinted at. The series is complete as the developer intended.
