Evaluation
The PenguinGame 2 -Lies of Penguin- launched on August 1, 2023 as a free-to-play action game. The store description presents it as a complete experience with 7 boss types and 2 endings already implemented. The only DLC — a weapon pack called GOD BAT — released on the same day as the game itself (August 1, 2023), indicating it was part of the launch package rather than post-launch content development. All developer activity visible in the news feed is confined to a short burst between August 1–8, 2023, consisting entirely of balance tweaks and bug fixes addressing launch issues. There have been no developer communications of any kind after August 8, 2023 — nearly three years of silence as of today's date (June 20, 2026). No roadmap, no announcements of future content, no additional DLC has ever been listed. The game launched as a finished, self-contained product and has received no content additions beyond its launch state.
Evidence
Last developer communication on August 8, 2023 — a bug fix. No posts of any kind have appeared since this date.
Store description presents a fully defined game: 7 boss types and 2 endings already implemented, with no mention of future content, updates, or seasonal elements.
