The Repair House launched on July 19, 2023. Following launch, the developer released a series of patches addressing bugs, quality-of-life improvements, and game balance — culminating in the November 29, 2023 update that introduced Sandbox Mode as a notable new feature. That update represents the last developer communication of any kind. No DLC has been announced or listed on the store. The developer has made no statements about future content, expansions, or ongoing development plans beyond the early post-launch patch cycle. With no unreleased content on the store, no announced roadmap, and developer communications having ceased on November 29, 2023 — more than two and a half years before today's date — the game appears to have shipped as a complete product and reached its final state with the Sandbox Mode update.
