The Wheelchair Man launched as a free-to-play game on June 7, 2026 and remains available to purchase. After launch, the developer released small updates on June 12, June 13 and June 14, 2026, adding language support, anti-cheat checks for leaderboard scores, wall textures and quality-of-life tweaks. The most recent post for this game, dated October 1, 2026, fixes bugs and switches the leaderboard to a new list so older scores do not carry over. On September 29, 2026 the developer released a separate sequel, The Wheelchair Man 2, and said they would keep updating that new game for a while. Since launch, updates for the original game have all been small patches, and no expansion, DLC or further content has been announced, so its long-term plans are not yet clear.

Your goal is to get $5,000 and leave the building alive. However it wont be easy, traps and barricades have been placed around the building. As well as the Wheelchair Man is hunting you! scavenge the building fast to find money and upgrades to help you survive, discover the secrets of the building and Get Out Alive!
